We handle everything, leaving generous donors like you without any task to work on. It’s our job to process your papers, haul your car away, and mail you your tax receipt.

The one and only thing you’ll be doing is to inform us of your decision to donate. From that point on, you can leave the rest for us to finish. Get an overview of our donation process below.

  1. You get in touch with us.

Once you’re ready to take part in our Texas car donation program, you can either call us or fill out our online donation form. You’ll be giving us certain details about your car, after which we agree on a time and place for its pickup. It’s up to you to decide when and where, and you don’t have to be around for it.

  1. We pick up your vehicle.

Expect our tow truck to be in your area a day or two after you contacted us. Our driver will be issuing you a tow receipt in exchange for your vehicle. The receipt gives you the freedom to revoke your car’s insurance and registration at the DMV, so don’t lose it.

  1. Your Texas car donation gets auctioned off.

To generate funds for our nonprofit partners, we’ll be selling your donated vehicle at an auction. All proceeds will be transferred to the organization, enabling them to support their young beneficiaries.

  1. You get a tax-deductible sales receipt.

Hoping to donate a car for tax credit? Several days or weeks after we sold your auto donation, we’ll be delivering your tax receipt to your mailbox. Be sure to keep it with you, as you’ll need it if you want to claim a deduction during the next tax-filing season.

Kinds of Vehicles We Usually Take

Another reason you might want to consider choosing us is the fact that we’re open to almost all kinds of vehicles, including ones that are in poor working order. Whether you got an old truck that’s no longer running well, or an RV that you find financially burdensome, hand it over to us and we’ll be happy to take it. As long as you’re giving us a vehicle that’s not abandoned or stolen, you’re more than welcome to donate!

  • Water vessels: cruise ships, ferries, pontoon boats, catamaran boats, motorboats, sailboats, yachts, personal watercraft
  • Aircrafts: jet planes, private planes, helicopters, gliders, choppers
