- You get in touch with us.

We’ll ask about your vehicle’s year, mileage, make and model, vehicle identification number, working condition, availability of title, as well as your contact details. Expect us to call you again on the same day for the pickup arrangement.
- We take your vehicle away.
We’ll give you the liberty to pick the date and time for us to pick up your vehicle at any location of your choice in the country. There’s also no need for you to be at the pickup site for as long as you can provide us the keys and title to the vehicle you’re donating.
Before our truck driver leaves with your vehicle, he will hand you a tow receipt, freeing you from any liabilities on the vehicle you donated from that moment onward. You can use the receipt to de-register your vehicle at the local DMV and cancel its insurance policy, which may result in a refund from your insurance company.
- We auction off your vehicle.
Once we gain possession of your vehicle, we’ll coordinate with our nationwide network of vehicle liquidation vendors to have your vehicle sold at auction.
- We send you your tax-deductible receipt.
A few weeks following the sale of your vehicle, we’ll be sending you by mail your 100% tax-deductible sales receipt. Be sure to keep this document since you’ll need it to claim your tax deduction when you file your itemized federal income tax return in the next tax season.
