You can reach us by calling 866-634-8395 or by filling out our online donation form. Provide us with your contact information and a few basic details about the vehicle you’re donating such as its year, make, model, mileage, running condition, and availability of its title. As soon as we verify your information, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your vehicle pickup at a time, day, and location most convenient for you.
- Get your vehicle picked up for FREE.
A licensed towing company will show up at the location of your choice on the day designated with you to haul away your vehicle. You don’t need to be present when we pick up your vehicle. We’ll appreciate though if you can remove all your personal belongings and let the towing company know where your keys and title can be found inside the vehicle. Before the tow truck leaves, the driver will give you a towing receipt. This will release you from all liability on your vehicle from that point onward.
- Receive your tax-deductible receipt.
After checking your donated vehicle, we’ll have it sold at auction. We’ll put your vehicle in an auction house where we will try our best to sell it at its highest possible price so that you can claim the highest possible tax deduction on it.
Within 30 days after your vehicle is sold, we’ll send you a tax-deductible receipt by mail. You will need this to claim your tax deduction in the next tax season.
