Fill out our online donation form or speak to one of our donors’ reception officers by calling our toll-free hotline 866-634-8395. Give us your basic contact details as well as your vehicle’s year, make, model, mileage, running condition, and the availability of its title.
Next, we’ll ask for your preferred time and date for your vehicle’s 100% FREE pickup. We’ll assign a licensed towing company to do the job on the schedule designated with you.
As soon as we get our hands on your car, you’ll be released from all liabilities from that point on. The tow truck driver will hand you a tow receipt. You’ll need this to cancel and stop paying for your vehicle’s insurance and registration.
We’ll have your vehicle auctioned off in one of the best auction houses in the city. Once your vehicle is sold, we’ll hand over the proceeds to our nonprofit partners.
We’ll send your tax-deductible receipt by mail a few days following the sale of your car. Be sure to keep this document because you’ll need it to claim your tax deduction when you itemize your taxes in your federal tax return.
