Our Donation Process Made Easy for You

2. We haul away your vehicle.
Let us know when, what time, and where you want your vehicle picked up, and we’ll assign a local licensed towing company to do the job. If you can’t be around at the time of the pickup, just tell us beforehand so we can give you additional instructions. We’ll ask you to leave behind your car keys and title.
Our driver will issue you a towing receipt before hauling off your vehicle. From that point onward, you’ll no longer hold any liabilities on your car. You may use the receipt to cancel your vehicle’s registration and insurance at your local DMV.
3. You get a tax-deductible receipt.
After auctioning off your donation, we’ll mail you your 100% tax-deductible sales receipt. The receipt will indicate your vehicle’s selling price, which serves as the basis for your tax deduction claim when you file your itemized federal income tax return in the next tax season.
